It can achieve a maximum turning diameter of 850 mm and a maximum cutting diameter of 800 mm. The travels of X/Y/Z axes are -300~+650 mm, -200~+200 mm, and -220~+900 mm respectively, providing sufficient space for 5-axis simultaneous machining operations, a key advantage for a five axis machining center and vertical cnc lathe.
The turning spindle is of A2-11 type, with a speed range of 10–1500 rpm and power of 28/31 kW. The milling spindle is equipped with a built-in motor, operating at 6000 rpm, with 33 kW power and 248 N·m torque, ensuring strong cutting force in 5-axis simultaneous machining, similar to the powerful performance of dual-spindle lathes.
The B-axis can rotate from -90° to +120° with a resolution of 0.01°, and the C-axis rotates 360° continuously with an accuracy of 0.001°, realizing full 5-axis simultaneous machining with high precision, a defining feature of a five axis machining center.
It has a positioning accuracy of ±0.008 mm and a repeatability of ±0.004 mm, guaranteeing stable quality in 5-axis simultaneous machining, essential for a high-quality vertical cnc lathe.
